Cosmedix Elite Gentle Clean Soothing Skin Cleanser - 150ml

Cosmedix Elite Gentle Clean is a calming, low-foaming cleanser formulated to dry, reactive and post-procedure skin. Using mild, skin-friendly surfactants and conditioning botanicals, it cleanses without disrupting the skin barrier. The formula supports hydration, comfort, and balance, making it suitable for daily use, including around the eye area.

Cosmedix Elite Gentle Clean Soothing Skin Cleanser is ideal for compromised or sensitive skin, maintaining skin comfort while leaving the complexion feeling clean, soft and refreshed. This product is suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Elite Gentle Clean uses gentle, sulphate-free cleansing agents to lift away dirt, oil and makeup while hydrating and soothing the skin. Ingredients such as Sodium Hyaluronate and Aloe Vera support moisture retention, while Bisabolol and botanical extracts help calm visible redness and irritation. The result is effective cleansing without the tight, dry feeling often associated with traditional cleansers.

AM and PM use.

Dispense 1-2 pumps into damp hands and gently massage onto wet skin using circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with your recommended serum and moisturiser.

Returns Policy

We understand that purchasing skincare products online can be tricky. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.
• If you have a reaction to the products, please contact us and provide detail on your reaction. If the product is less than 20% used, you may be eligible for an exchange to a different product or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• A replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once your product is opened; however, store credit may be provided in certain circumstances.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact our team at contact@sotaskin.com.au with your order number and details.
2. Once approved, send the item back to us as per your email instructions.
3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Processing Time

• Orders before 3.30 PM AEST are processed and dispatched the same business day of order confirmation.
• Orders placed after 3.30PM AEST on Friday, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
