This kit is suitable for all skin types and is safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

The Aspect Starter Kit provides a complete daily skincare routine by combining cleansing, gentle exfoliation, antioxidant care, and moisturisation. Together, these products help leave the skin feeling smoother, hydrated and refreshed.

Purastat 5 – 30ml
A gentle foaming cleanser that removes makeup, excess oil, and impurities while lightly exfoliating to leave the skin feeling fresh, smooth, and balanced.

Extreme C 20 – 15ml
A lightweight Vitamin C serum that delivers antioxidant protection while helping to brighten the complexion and support healthier-looking skin.

Exfol L – 15ml
Contains Lactic Acid (AHA) to gently exfoliate and improve the appearance of skin texture while supporting hydration.

Phytostat 9 – 15g
A rich, nourishing moisturiser infused with botanical oils and antioxidants to deeply hydrate, soften and support the skin barrier for a smooth, healthy-looking complexion.

Returns Policy

We understand that purchasing skincare products online can be tricky. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.
• If you have a reaction to the products, please contact us and provide detail on your reaction. If the product is less than 20% used, you may be eligible for an exchange to a different product or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• A replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once your product is opened; however, store credit may be provided in certain circumstances.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact our team at contact@sotaskin.com.au with your order number and details.
2. Once approved, send the item back to us as per your email instructions.
3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Standard Shipping (1–8 business days): $9.95 – Free for orders over $79
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $12.95

Processing Time

• Orders before 3.30 PM AEST are processed and dispatched the same business day of order confirmation.
• Orders placed after 3.30PM AEST on Friday, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Australia Post delivery times are subject to their service schedules.
