Cosmedix Clarity Skin Clarifying Serum is a lightweight, fast-absorbing formula created to support skin that experiences excess oil, clogged pores or visible congestion. Blended with salicylic acid, retinol, niacinamide and soothing botanical extracts, this balancing serum works to keep the skin feeling calm, fresh and refined.

Suitable for all skin types, particularly those with dull and lacklustre skin, congested, clogged pores, acne and problematic. Not suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

The clarifying formula uses a combination of gentle exfoliants and calming ingredients to keep the complexion balanced. Salicylic Acid helps lift away surface build-up so pores feel clearer. Retinol (encapsulated) gently encourages skin renewal for a more refined-looking texture. Niacinamide supports smoother looking skin and helps maintain a balanced appearance and oil production.

Salicylic Acid is a gentle yet effective exfoliant. Tea Tree and Willowherb extracts provide lightweight botanical support to keep the skin feeling calm.

Recommended to use at night. Apply a small amount to cleansed, dry skin. Follow with a gentle moisturiser if additional hydration is needed.

Returns Policy

We understand that purchasing skincare products online can be tricky. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.
• If you have a reaction to the products, please contact us and provide detail on your reaction. If the product is less than 20% used, you may be eligible for an exchange to a different product or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• A replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once your product is opened; however, store credit may be provided in certain circumstances.

How to Return an Item:

2. Once approved, send the item back to us as per your email instructions.
3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Processing Time

• Orders before 3.30 PM AEST are processed and dispatched the same business day of order confirmation.
• Orders placed after 3.30PM AEST on Friday, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
