Cosmedix Define is a mild yet effective age-defying treatment designed to gently resurface the skin while offering nourishing hydration.

Featuring Hydroxy Acids and a low irritation form of Retinol, this cream helps improve the look of uneven texture, congestion and post-blemish marks, while supporting a softer, more conditioned skin feel. Its rich but breathable formula makes it suitable for most skin types, including those who prefer a gradual and gentle introduction to Retinol-based products.

Define feels lightweight with a silky, fast-absorbing texture that glides smoothly onto the skin, leaving it feeling soft and refreshed without any greasy residue.

Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and reactive, problematic and acne scarred. Not suitable for use when pregnant or breastfeeding.

Designed to be the first skincare product in your retinol journey, Define is formulated with 2% AGP Retinol Complex and Alpha Hydroxy Acids (L-Lactic, L-Tartaric and L-Malic Acids) to gently encourage surface renewal, making it gentle enough for all skin types. The Hydroxy acids help lift away built up dead skin cells for smoother texture and improved clarity, while Retinol complex supports the skin's natural renewal cycle in a more gradual, controlled way.

Vitamin E provides conditioning support to maintain comfort and hydration, helping the skin appear smoother, softer and more refreshed over time.

Apply in the evening only.

Use a pea-sized amount and gently pat only freshly cleansed, dry skin. Begin every 3rd night and increase to nightly use as tolerated.

Not recommended for use in the morning as it may increase sensitivity to the sun.

Returns Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.
• If you have a reaction to the products, please contact us and provide detail on your reaction. If the product is less than 20% used, you may be eligible for an exchange to a different product or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• A replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once your product is opened; however, store credit may be provided in certain circumstances.

2. Once approved, send the item back to us as per your email instructions.
3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
