Cosmedix Elite Alt-A Daily Rejuvenating Moisturiser is suitable for all skin types and is best suited for dry or lacklustre skin and uneven skin tone or texture. Alt-A is safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Alt-A works by combining bakuchiol with skin-conditioning and barrier-supporting ingredients to improve the appearance of ageing skin. Bakuchiol helps smooth the look of fine lines and refine texture, while ectoin and nourishing emollients support the skin’s moisture barrier. Antioxidant ingredients help defend against environmental stress, promoting a more even, healthy-looking complexion with consistent use.

Apply 1 pump to clean, freshly cleansed and toned skin and smooth evenly over the face and neck. Allow to fully absorb before applying sunscreen or makeup.

Returns Policy

We understand that purchasing skincare products online can be tricky. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.
• If you have a reaction to the products, please contact us and provide detail on your reaction. If the product is less than 20% used, you may be eligible for an exchange to a different product or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• A replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once your product is opened; however, store credit may be provided in certain circumstances.

How to Return an Item:

2. Once approved, send the item back to us as per your email instructions.
3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Processing Time

• Orders before 3.30 PM AEST are processed and dispatched the same business day of order confirmation.
• Orders placed after 3.30PM AEST on Friday, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
