Cosmedix Elite Duo-A is a potent night-time retinoid treatment formulated for those already accustomed to vitamin A products. Featuring a dual-action blend of retinol and retinaldehyde, this advanced formula supports visible skin renewal while helping improve the appearance of fine lines, uneven tone and rough texture.

Balanced with barrier-supporting and soothing ingredients, Duo-A is designed to deliver high-performance results while maintaining skin comfort. With continued use, skin appears smoother, more refined and visibly rejuvenated.

Cosmedix Elite Duo-A Nightly 1% Retinoid Treatment is suitable for all skin types tolerant to retinoids and is best suited for experienced retinoid users. This product is not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Duo-A works by combining retinol and retinaldehyde to support surface skin renewal and improve the appearance of ageing-related skin changes. This dual-retinoid approach helps refine texture, promote a more even-looking complexion and support overall skin quality. Conditioning ingredients, such as beta-glucan, panthenol and nourishing oils, help support the skin barrier and minimise visible dryness commonly associated with retinoid use.

Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin. Smooth evenly over the face, avoiding the eye area. Begin 1-3 nights per week, then gradually increase to nightly use as tolerated.

Follow with a moisturiser to support skin comfort and always apply a broad-spectrum SPF during the day while using retinoids.

Returns Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.
• If you have a reaction to the products, please contact us and provide detail on your reaction. If the product is less than 20% used, you may be eligible for an exchange to a different product or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• A replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once your product is opened; however, store credit may be provided in certain circumstances.

2. Once approved, send the item back to us as per your email instructions.
3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Orders before 3.30 PM AEST are processed and dispatched the same business day of order confirmation.
