Cosmedix Elite Serum 24 is a targeted night serum formulated to support visible skin renewal while maintaining hydration and comfort. Featuring LG-Retinex, a microencapsulated retinol complex, this advanced formula helps refine the appearance of fine lines, uneven skin tone, and rough texture commonly associated with mature, dry or stressed skin.

Balanced with hydrating and skin-conditioning ingredients, Serum 24 is designed to be introduced gradually and used as part of an evening skincare routine. The lightweight texture absorbs easily, leaving skin feeling nourished while supporting a smoother, more even-looking complexion over time.

Cosmedix Elite Serum 24 Rapid Renewal is best suited for normal, dry and sensitive skin types and is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Serum 24 works by delivering microencapsulated retinol and retinaldehyde through LG-Retinex, helping support surface skin renewal with improved tolerability.

This gradual release approach helps refine the look of skin texture and tone while minimising dryness commonly associated with retinoid use.

Added sodium hyaluronate and squalane support hydration and barrier comfort, while vitamin E provides antioxidant support to help maintain healthy-looking skin.

Use in the evening only.

After cleansing and toning, apply 1-2 pumps to dry skin and gently smooth over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Begin 1-3 nights per week, then gradually increase to nightly use as tolerated.

Follow with a moisturiser if additional hydration is needed.

Returns Policy

We understand that purchasing skincare products online can be tricky. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.
• If you have a reaction to the products, please contact us and provide detail on your reaction. If the product is less than 20% used, you may be eligible for an exchange to a different product or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• A replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once your product is opened; however, store credit may be provided in certain circumstances.

2. Once approved, send the item back to us as per your email instructions.
3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Orders before 3.30 PM AEST are processed and dispatched the same business day of order confirmation.
