Cosmedix Serum 16 is a rapid renewal serum powered by patent-pending LG-Retinex complex, combining micro-encapsulated Retinol and Retinaldehyde to encourage skin renewal with less chance of irritation.

Vitamin E, sodium Hyaluronate and Squalene help to hydrate, smooth and support the skins barrier, making Serum 16 a great introduction to retinoids, particularly for those who are sensitive to retinoids or have dry, sensitive or normal skin.

The serum gently works overnight to help refine the skins surface, promoting a more radiant complexion while nourishing the skin with hydration.

Cosmedix Serum 16 is not suitable to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Serum 16 works by combining micro encapsulates Retinol and Retinaldehyde with the advanced LG-Retinex delivery system. Serum 16 is the closest thing to prescription strength retinol without the prescription.

This dual retinoid technology slowly releases vitamin A derivatives to help support the skins renewal process, improving the look of texture, tone and clarity while combating dryness and irritation.

The formula is enriched with Sodium Hyaluronate and Squalene, which work in synergy to replenish moisture and strengthen the skin barrier for a smoother and more supple feel.

Vitamin E provides antioxidant support, helping protect the skin from environmental stressors assisting in normalising and hydrating the skin. The gentle formulation reduces the chances of redness typically experienced with vitamin A use.

Apply a small amount to freshly cleansed skin 2-4 times weekly or as tolerated. For evening application only.

Apply moisturiser after application of Serum 16 if further hydration is required.

We understand that purchasing skincare products online can be tricky. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.
• If you have a reaction to the products, please contact us and provide detail on your reaction. If the product is less than 20% used, you may be eligible for an exchange to a different product or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• A replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once your product is opened; however, store credit may be provided in certain circumstances.

2. Once approved, send the item back to us as per your email instructions.
3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Orders before 3.30 PM AEST are processed and dispatched the same business day of order confirmation.
